Must have passed B.E./B.Tech in a relevant field (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, etc.) from a recognized university.
Minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
Valid score in GATE is preferred, but candidates without GATE may be considered based on academic performance and personal interview.
Final-year students may also apply, provided they can submit their final year degree certificate/mark sheet within the stipulated deadline.

Fee Structure Breakdown
Annual tuition fee: Rs. 1,20,000 - Rs. 1,50,000 per year approx.
Total tuition for full 2-year M.Tech course: Rs. 2,40,000 - Rs. 3,00,000 approx.
University examination and other fees: Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per year approx.
Hostel fee: Rs. 1,20,000 - Rs. 1,50,000 per year (varies by accommodation type).
Grand Total including all charges and hostel: Rs. 5,00,000 - Rs. 6,50,000 approx. for entire 2-year program.

Admission Process
Admission is based on GATE scores followed by a personal interview. Candidates without GATE may be considered based on their academic record and performance in an internal assessment.
IILM University publishes an admission notification annually on the official website; candidates must check for the 2026-27 notification and application dates.
Candidates must fill the online application form on the IILM University admissions portal.
Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview (and possibly a written test).
Final selection is based on GATE score (if applicable), academic performance, and performance in the interview.
Selected candidates must complete document verification and pay the prescribed fee to confirm admission.
Post-Selection Reporting
Report to the IILM University campus (Greater Noida or Gurugram) as per the admission letter.
Documents required: Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, Bachelor's degree mark sheets and certificate (all semesters), GATE scorecard (if applicable), Transfer and Conduct Certificate from last institution, Migration Certificate (if applicable), Category certificate (if applicable), Passport-size photographs, ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Driving License), Medical fitness certificate, Anti-ragging undertaking signed by candidate and parent/guardian.
Fee payment can be made online through the university portal or via Demand Draft in favor of 'IILM University'.
