• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 55% aggregate marks in graduation for General category.
• Valid LPUNEST or GATE score is mandatory for full-time regular candidates.
• Candidates with 80% or above marks in the qualifying exam may be exempted from LPUNEST.
• Selection is based on entrance exam score followed by an online counselling process.

Admission Process for M.Tech Programs at LPU:

• Step 5: Result Declaration - Results are declared online after the exam.
• Step 6: Counselling - Shortlisted candidates undergo online counselling based on LPUNEST/GATE scores and academic profile.
• Step 7: Document Verification - Upload required documents for verification.
• Step 8: Fee Payment - Pay the programme fee to confirm the seat.
• Step 9: Admission Confirmation - Finalize admission letter and secure the seat.
• GATE-qualified candidates may be eligible for direct admission and additional scholarships.
• Admission is contingent upon seat availability and merit.
