Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (ECE/EE/CSE or related) with a valid GATE score.
General/OBC/EWS: Minimum 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA).
SC/ST/PwD: Minimum 55% marks (or 6.0 CGPA).
GATE cutoff (overall all categories): 291 - 551 across all categories.
