Fee Structure Breakdown
Total tuition fee for the 4-year B.Tech course: Rs. 6.48 Lakhs. This fee is uniform for all B.Tech specializations at the institute.
The annual tuition fee is approximately Rs. 1.62 Lakhs.
Hostel and mess fees are additional and approximate, with hostel seat rent around Rs. 10,000 per semester and mess advance around Rs. 15,000 per semester.

Admission Process
Step 1: Entrance Exam: Candidates must appear for the JEE Main exam conducted by NTA.
Step 2: Registration for Counselling: Candidates who qualify must register for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling process on the official JoSAA website.
Step 3: Choice Filling & Seat Allotment: Candidates fill their college and branch preferences (including NIT Durgapur) and seats are allotted in multiple rounds based on JEE Main rank, preferences, and seat availability.
Step 4: Reporting & Document Verification: After seat allotment, candidates must report to the allotted institute (NIT Durgapur) for document verification and payment of fees.
