Eligibility Criteria
Master's degree in relevant discipline (Engineering/Technology/Science/Management/Architecture) with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) for General/OBC/EWS; 55% (or 6.0 CGPA) for SC/ST/PwD.
Bachelor's degree with exceptional academic record and relevant research experience may also be considered for direct PhD in some departments.
Must have a valid GATE/NET/JRF score (UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE, etc.). Candidates with industry-sponsored fellowships or project assistantships are also eligible.
Selection is based on written test and technical/personal interview conducted by the Departmental Research Committee.

Shortlisted candidates based on the written test performance will be called for a technical and personal interview by the Departmental Research Committee.
Final selection is based on academic record, written test score, interview performance, and research proposal (if required).
Selected candidates must complete document verification and fee payment.

Total Fees: ₹2,77,000 (Tuition: ₹75,000) | Other Fees: ₹1,96,000 | Caution Deposit (Refundable): ₹6,500 | Hostel Fee: ₹2,86,000 approx. | Total including hostel: ₹5,63,000 approx. | Semester Fee: ₹7,500 per semester (tuition).
