Cochin University of Science and Technology

CUSAT is organized into nine faculties: Engineering, Science, Technology, Marine Sciences, Social Sciences, Law, Humanities, Commerce, and Medical Sciences. Its main campus at Thrikkakara spans 180 acres and houses the School of Engineering, which is the largest academic department. The university is particularly famous for unique programs like B.Tech in Safety and Fire Engineering and Naval Architecture and Ship Building. It has been consistently ranked among the top 100 universities in India by the NIRF and has established extensive international collaborations and research partnerships with agencies like ISRO, DRDO, and DST.
