XLRI issues a final call letter for the students who have been selected for the interview round. The XAT Interview Letter can be downloaded from the website. The final selection or the list that determines the admission of the candidates are usually declared once the interview rounds are over. The participating institutions would declare the final selection list of the candidates on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the rounds that were held.
The XAT Selection Procedure is conducted at B-schools and there are no common counseling sessions held. The rounds may vary across B-schools with respect to XAT Selection Criteria in terms of Group Discussion/Case Study/Personal Interview/Written Ability Test.
As per the information given by XAT Authorities, participating institutes ask for the shortlisted essay of the candidates who are selected without conducting a separate round for the same.
