M.Tech in Chemical Engineering

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or allied disciplines (Petrochemical, Biochemical, Polymer) with 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Valid GATE score in CH (Chemical Engineering).
• M.Sc in Chemistry with GATE in CH may be considered.

Fee Structure – Standard IIT Guwahati M.Tech fees.

Specializations: Process Engineering, Energy Engineering, Materials Science, Biochemical Engineering.

Admission – CCMT based on GATE CH score. Candidates with GATE in other relevant papers (BT, XL) may be considered based on IITG policy.

Seats – 40. Sponsored quota up to 4 seats.

Reporting – IIT Guwahati campus. Required documents include GATE scorecard, CCMT allotment, degree certificates, etc.
