Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E./B.Tech in EEE/ECE/Instrumentation/Telecommunication or equivalent with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
  • Valid GATE score in EE (Electrical Engineering) or EC (Electronics & Communication).
  • M.Sc in Electronics/Physics with GATE in EE/EC may be considered.
  • Sponsored candidates: 2 years experience, GATE exemption possible.

Admission Process

Fee Structure Breakdown – Identical to M.Tech CSE (see above).

Admission Process – Through CCMT based on GATE score. Specializations offered: VLSI & Embedded Systems, Communication & Signal Processing, Power Electronics & Drives, Control Systems.

Seat Matrix – Total 50 seats across specializations. Category-wise as per GOI norms. Sponsored seats up to 10%.

Reporting – Same as M.Tech CSE at IIT Guwahati campus. Documents required similar with additional specialization choice proof.
