B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree) Programs

• Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects.
• Minimum 75% aggregate in PCM for General/OBC/EWS category; 65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
• Must qualify JEE Advanced 2026.
• Admission is through JoSAA counselling based on JEE Advanced rank.
• Students are admitted to the B.Tech program and can opt for the dual degree option after the second or third year based on academic performance.
• Available in branches: CSE, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Engineering Physics.

Fee Structure Breakdown

• Total tuition fee for 5-year dual degree program: Approx. Rs. 10 Lakhs .
• Yearly tuition fee: Rs. 2 Lakhs .
• Hostel and mess charges: Approximately Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 32,000 per semester .
• SC/ST/PwD students are exempted from paying the tuition fee .
• Median placement package for 5-year UG programs (2025): Rs. 20 LPA .

Admission Process

• Same as B.Tech programs: JEE Main → JEE Advanced → JoSAA Counselling → Reporting.
• Students admitted to the B.Tech program can later convert to the dual degree program based on academic performance.
