Master's degree in Engineering/Technology (M.E./M.Tech.) in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (or 6.5 CPI).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) with a minimum of 75% marks (or 8.0 CPI) from a recognized institution, with a valid GATE/UGC-NET score.
Must have a valid score in GATE/UGC-NET/JRF or appear for a written test and interview conducted by the institute.
Minimum 55% marks (or 6.0 CPI) for SC/ST categories in the qualifying degree.

Fee Structure Breakdown
Total Academic Fee: ₹3.7 Lakhs for the full course duration.
Hostel & Mess Charges: Hostel fees range from ₹5,000 to ₹11,500 per semester. Mess charges are separate.
Stipend: ₹37,000 per month for the first two years, ₹42,000 per month for subsequent years for Institute Fellows.
Application Fee: ₹1,000 for General/OBC/EWS (Male) candidates; ₹500 for SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates.
Admission Process
