B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Agricultural Engineering or M.Sc in Geology/Geophysics/Environmental Science with mathematics at bachelor level, minimum 60%.
Valid GATE score in CE (Civil Engineering) or GG (Geology) or AG (Agricultural Engineering).

GATE CE/GG/AG followed by COAP. IIT Roorkee has a renowned Department of Hydrology, one of the few in India. Specializations include Surface Water Hydrology, Groundwater, Hydrological Modelling, and Climate Change Impacts.
