Bachelor's degree in Planning (B.Plan), Architecture (B.Arch), or Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 60% aggregate (or 6.5 CGPA) for General/EWS/OBC categories; 55% (or 6.0 CGPA) for SC/ST/PwD.
Valid GATE score (required for CCMT counseling).
Final-year students can also apply.

Admission Process
Admissions are conducted through the Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan. (CCMT). Candidates must register on the official CCMT portal (ccmt.nic.in).
Selection is based on the candidate's GATE score and rank.
Shortlisted candidates are allotted seats through the CCMT counseling process.
After seat allotment, candidates must report to NIT Calicut for document verification and fee payment.

Detailed Fee Structure
Total tuition fee for the 2-year course: approx. ₹1,40,000. One-time fee (Caution Deposit, Admission, etc.): approx. ₹61,000. Hostel fee: approx. ₹12,000 per semester plus mess charges. Total approximate cost including hostel: ₹3.56 Lakhs. SC/ST students are exempt from tuition fees under CCMT.
