Fee Structure Breakdown
- Total tuition fee for 4-year B.Tech program: Rs. 5,00,000 .
- Yearly tuition fee: Rs. 1,25,000 .
- One-time admission fee: Rs. 15,500 (includes Library Deposit, Caution Deposit, Identity Card, Medical Exam, Welfare Fund, Medical Aid Fund).
- Hostel fee: Rs. 37,100 per year for shared accommodation; total hostel fee for 4 years approx. Rs. 1.48 Lakhs.
- Total program fee (including all charges): Rs. 8.19 Lakhs .
- SC/ST/PwD category students are exempted from paying the tuition fee (total fee approx. Rs. 57,300).

Admission Process
- Step 1: JEE Main: Candidates must appear for JEE Main 2026 and obtain a valid rank.
- Step 2: JoSAA Counselling: Qualified candidates must register on the JoSAA portal (josaa.nic.in), fill in their course and college preferences (with VNIT Nagpur), and participate in multiple rounds of counselling.
- Step 3: Seat Allotment & Reporting: Upon seat allotment, candidates must report to the institute for document verification and fee payment.
- Step 4: CSAB Counselling: Vacant seats, if any, are allocated through CSAB counselling.
- Step 5: DASA Scheme: Foreign nationals can apply through the DASA scheme based on SAT score.
