No separate AIIMS entrance exam is conducted since 2019.</li><li>Indian nationals, PIOs, OCI, NRI eligible; 7 additional seats reserved for Foreign Nationals via MEA nomination.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.</li><li>Minimum 55% aggregate marks in PCB (50% for SC/ST/PwD).</li><li>Must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission.</li><li>Must qualify the AIIMS BSc Nursing Entrance Exam conducted through the PAAR system on aiimsexams.ac.in.</li><li>Indian nationals only; 5 additional seats reserved for Foreign Nationals.</li></ul>
