Admission Process Flow

Admission to the flagship MBBS and BDS programs is strictly through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) followed by counseling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). For Postgraduate courses (MD/MS/MDS), candidates must qualify for NEET-PG/NEET-MDS. Admission to Allied Health Sciences, Nursing, and Pharmacy programs is conducted through the university's own entrance examination (DMIHER-CET) or based on merit in the qualifying examination. Ph.D. admissions are based on an All India Entrance Test followed by a personal interview.

General Eligibility Criteria

For UG (MBBS/BDS/BAMS): Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks (40% for reserved categories) and a valid NEET score. For PG (MD/MS/MDS): Candidates must possess a recognized MBBS/BDS degree with a completed internship and a valid NEET-PG/MDS score. For Allied Sciences: 10+2 with relevant science subjects. For PhD: A Master's degree in the relevant field with at least 55% marks.
