Admission Process Flow
Admission to the BDS program is strictly based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) scores. For postgraduate MDS programs, candidates must qualify for the NEET-MDS examination. Counseling for 85% of state quota seats is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala (KEAM), while the remaining 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats are filled through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) counseling process.
General Eligibility Criteria
For BDS: Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as core subjects, securing a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) and must be NEET-UG qualified. For MDS: Candidates must possess a BDS degree from a DCI-recognized institution, have completed a one-year compulsory rotatory internship, and must have a valid NEET-MDS score and permanent registration with the Dental Council of India or any State Dental Council.
