General Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects, securing at least 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD). For M.Tech, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA is required. Ph.D. applicants must hold a Master's degree with 60% marks and qualify for GATE, NET, or a dedicated institute entrance test.
