Admission Process Flow
Admission to undergraduate programs (B.Tech, B.S., and Double Degree) is strictly through the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. For postgraduate programs (M.Tech, M.Des, M.S. by Research), admission is primarily based on GATE or CEED scores followed by potential interviews. MBA admissions are conducted via CAT scores, while M.Sc. programs require qualifying the IIT JAM exam. Ph.D. admissions are based on national-level exams like GATE, UGC-NET, or JRF followed by a rigorous interview process.
General Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech: Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing a minimum of 75% aggregate (65% for SC/ST/PwD) or being in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For M.Tech: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a valid GATE score. For MBA: A Graduate degree with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) and a valid CAT score. For M.Sc: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a valid JAM score.
