IIIT-H admits students via UGEE (Undergraduate Entrance Examination), its own computer-based test, and also accepts a portion of seats through JEE Main rank. Applicants apply online, sit UGEE if choosing that route, and are allotted seats based on rank/score across IIIT-H's own counselling process.
