M.Tech. in Computer Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.Alternatively, an MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT with not less than 60% marks.Minimum 55% aggregate marks for B.E./B.Tech candidates (60% for some specializations).

M.Tech. in Earthquake Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.Minimum 60% marks in the absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10-point scale.For Part-Time program, candidates must be in-service engineers/scientists with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

M.Tech. in Control Systems and Instrumentation

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.Minimum 60% marks in the absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10-point scale.

M.Tech. in Power System Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.Minimum 60% marks in the absolute system or a minimum grade of 6.75 on a 10-point scale.

M.Tech. in Nanotechnology (Self-Finance)

Bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent from a recognized university.Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in graduation.Candidates with an M.Sc. degree may also be eligible.
