Siksha 'O' Anusandhan

Established in 2007 as a Deemed University, SOA has rapidly ascended to national prominence. The university comprises nine degree-granting schools and institutes, with the Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS) being its premier wing for oral healthcare education. IDS was established in 2006 and offers BDS, MDS, and PhD programs. The university is spread over a sprawling 127-acre campus in Bhubaneswar and is known for its world-class medical facilities, including the NABH-accredited IMS & SUM Hospital. It maintains a strong focus on research, ranking 49th nationally in the Research category of NIRF 2025.
