About VNIT Nagpur
Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur was established in 1960 as a Regional Engineering College and was granted National Institute of Technology (Institute of National Importance) status in 2002, taking its name from the pioneering Indian engineer and statesman Sir M.
