Admissions to IIT Delhi are primarily entrance-based. For B.Tech and Dual Degree programs, candidates must qualify for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced, and participate in JoSAA counseling. Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing a minimum of 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) or being in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For M.Tech: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) and a valid GATE score. For MBA: A Bachelor's degree with 60% marks and a valid CAT percentile. For Ph.D.: A Master's degree in a relevant field with a consistent academic record and qualifying national-level exams.
