The fee structure at IIT Delhi varies by program and category. For B.Tech (General/OBC), the annual institute fee is approximately INR 2.25 Lakhs. SC/ST/PwD students are eligible for a full tuition fee waiver. M.Tech fees are lower, ranging between INR 30,000 to INR 50,000 per year. The MBA program total fee is approximately INR 11.20 Lakhs.
