Admission Process Flow

General Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech, candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology as an optional subject, with at least 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For M.Tech, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA is required. MCA eligibility involves a Bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks and Mathematics as a subject at the 10+2 or graduation level. M.Sc candidates need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant science stream with minimum 60% marks. Ph.D. applicants should hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA.
