The fee structure for B.Tech is income-linked following NIT Council guidelines. For students with family income above 5 Lakhs per annum, the tuition fee is Rs. 62,500 per semester. Students with family income between 1 Lakh and 5 Lakhs per annum receive a 2/3rd tuition fee waiver, paying approx Rs. 20,833 per semester. SC, ST, PwD candidates and students with family income below 1 Lakh per annum receive a 100% tuition fee waiver. Additional fees include student activity fees (Rs. 16,000), ID card (Rs. 200), and internet fees (Rs. 8,000). The total B.Tech course fee for a general category student with high family income is approximately Rs. 6.08 Lakhs. Hostel fees including mess charges are approximately Rs. 81,500 per year.
